Test Rooms
In 1 of the 2 test rooms at 3W-Modellmotoren 5 engines can be test run simultaneously. Every single test stand is controlled by its own computer. Temperature and RPM can be monitored. Fuel consumption is checked by weight using a precision scale.
Our basic program for test run the engines can be modified to meet our customer´s requirements.
Gauging equipment
To meet the higher quality requirements of the industry, 3W-Modellmotoren invested a considerable amount of money in more sophisticated gauging equipment. Besides special tools simulating crankshafts , gauging tools fro Tesa and Keyence was purchased. Vibration tests can be done in 2 levels.
